RedGiant's Title Motion; which is part of their Universe subscription service, would probably perfectly be what you need. You can download a free trial.

I'm not sure how to keyframe it, and the RedGiant Universe trial is great, thank you. Unfortunately I can't find a bounce type effect though. The shaking one is cool and I might go with that but there's nothing that bouncy like so I have to keep looking.

I know you said Premiere (the plugin might work in premiere, not sure though) but in after effects I use a plugin called animation composer from Mr Horse.

It seriously is a massive time saver. I think its AE only

if you have Adobe After Effects you can use the Text presets through Bridge.
