I was looking for freelancers online because I needed a complex scene for a specific skill set. I stumbled accross some amazing work and eMailed the guy. Before he responded, I googled him and found out that he headed the CG department of Game of Thrones! 
He is in charge of making the dragons. I accidentally found his old freelance profile, as he of course doesn't freelance anymore. He responded to my eMail and gave me tips and such on how to do CG deals and went into great detail regarding video quality and time and pricing.
