Where can I watch these kind of films?

I wanted to watch this film Museo (2018) (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt4958448/). But I couldn't find it anywhere. It's not in Amazon, Netflix, Hulu or in itunes. I checked the LA library too and they don't have it. I have many other indie films like this I like to watch but I couldn't find it anywhere.

I know some indie films DVD's are sold for $20 to $30 and sometimes they come from different country, so shipping cost is also there. I only rent films and that too mostly on itunes. My budget is $5 for each film. Even if its a 1 day rental that is fine with me. What is the best place to watch these kind of indie films where it may not be popular worldwide but definitely worth watching it.
