So I am working on a intro to any future videos I bring out ... and I have a lot of problems with it.

Now if anyone can advise me on a few things:
How to light the shot, I'm only using two barn lights but will buy more lighting soon and I have gel paper to diffuse if I need to.
I want to record with atleast 200fps ... this shot was actually done on iphone 6 because i didn't have any cameras with a high enough fps. My friend suggested I rent a Red camera that can do 200-300 fps. Quite expensive to rent per day mind so I need to be sure what i'm doing before I commit!
After the video I was going to have a title come in, something fancy done in Adobe after effects. "Kaleb Zebadi ... Magician"
Oh and i'm using Adobe premiere pro to edit!
