New Festival Competition

The Ojai Film Festival is launching a screenplay competition for 2016. The entry fee is low (especially since the early deadline is still a few days away) and the odds should be pretty good, since it's a first-year competition. Ojai is an arts community within an easy drive of Hollywood, and home to many film professionals and celebrities, and the festival is in its seventeenth year. The finalists will be recognized in the festival book, and the winning script will be presented as a table read at the festival. You can currently submit screenplays through Film Freeway.
