Red Mysterium X + Sony EX3

Would it be possible to use a Sony EX3 as B-roll / 2nd camera for a feature length and use the Red One Mysterium X as the main unit? Is this feasible or will things come apart in post when we start color grading? When I say "come apart" I simply mean will the difference between the EX3 and Red be so apparent that it'd be unusable or too distracting. I'd love to use both. Any experiences?

Thanks in advance!

I know people use those two together but to answer your question, I suppose it depends on how far you're going to push your footage. If you doing a lot of FX, you might consider strapping a SDI recording device to the Sony, that way you'll get a 4:2:2 color signal. The 4:2:0 30mb/second it gets out of the box might limit you, again, depending...

I think that's a great idea. The nanoflash would be a nice add-on. There wouldn't be too many special effects from in-post so maybe I will try to use both! It couldn't hurt.
