We are pleased and proud to announce that we (Grumpy Hobo Films) have released our first short film - "The Exchange". Directed by Geraint Thomas. And we're even happier to debut it on the Indietalk forum prior to the official release at 5pm (GMT) on the 8th January 2015!
Influenced by Nordic Noir The Exchange is the first part of an experimental initiative launched by ourselves to encourage those who think they lack the resources to start creating film, by producing (hopefully!) good content using basic equipment (Usually just a basic camera and a tripod), we hope we can encourage and inspire young/aspiring film makers to create by showing what can be achieved with minimal resources.
We'll probably be making a video talking about the Point&Shoot initiative in the near future for those who are interested.
