Is the Vengeance trilogy on blue-ray, good quality?

I was thinking of buying it, but no store has it, and it has to be specially ordered, for a more expensive price, than your average box set.

I've noticed when it comes to some movies, especially some foreign films and older films, that the blue-ray transfer is not that good, and actually has more grain than a DVD copy of the movie. Just poor transfer I guess. I would like to by the Vengeance trilogy which is a box set that includes, Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance, Oldboy, etc. Do you know which version is a good quality version that is worth ordering on blue ray?

I live in Canada, so I am region 1 of course.
