My cinematographer has a GH1 and it works really well. He says he's shooting at 24FPS but when I import the footage into Premiere or AE it is showing the footage at 30FPS.
I've heard about pulldown removal but even after significant research and countless minutes of intense study, I'm still totally confused!
Can anyone help with this? Is he filming at 30FPS and just giving me bad poop? We shot Tick, our newest short and I edited it all at 30FPS, it still looked great. I am tempted just to run it at 30FPS and call it good. Any advice would be great.
