If this spoiler tag is working in your browser, you should see black over the spoiler areas, and when you mouseover, you should see the text. If it's not working with the mouseover, you should still be able to highlight the black areas to read the text.
The spoiler tag is the very last tag in the menu (the film frame with the "S" on it). Just click it, and enter your text.
