There is no 24p option on my DJI Mavic Air

Hi all. I am not sure if I'm missing something, but when I am selecting the resolution inside the DJI go 4 app, there is only an option for 30p. I am also missing a bunch of the picture profiles. I purchased this primarily for filmmaking so can anybody help me? Really frustrating that there doesn't seem to be anybody else out there with this problem.

You should be able to find a screen like this:

Note that the largest frame size is only 24fps. Make sure you are in VIDEO mode and not PHOTO. Check that you are updated to the latest firmware.

EDIT: I just realized you have a Mavic Air, which is brand new and may need some bugs ironed out. I have the Pro.

Thanks Scoopic. I figured it out - apparently when I updated the firmware the first time it didn't stick. When I opened up the DJI Go app today it gave me the option to update again. Did that and now I have all options I was missing.
