Graeme is the Member of the Month for April.

At the start of every month, a member will be chosen as the Member of the Month based on the previous month's behavior. They will receive a free 6-month Premiere membership, or if Premiere level already, an additional 6 months will be added.

Members are chosen by the quality, not quantity, of their posts. There are other factors as well. You don't have to know a lot about filmmaking, being polite, and a productive member of the community is what we look for as well.
 
Okay I though about it some more...:rolleyes:

I'm surprised I got it this month, or ever, as I tend to be the one asking the questions more than answering them (working on my first short film here). But I then took a look back and saw that although I did ask questions, I guess I generated meaningful advice from fellow board members; advice that is supremely appreciated and is being put to work as we speak and will be on this board for future members to use later (if anyone ever used the search function for simple question - very useful that - Audio Alcove can contest to that).

I'l like to thank everyone who has helped me along the way, I still have a way to go and many more questions to ask; and as always, willing to return said help back to the forums where I can once I can go from knowing the path to walking (running) the path (gauntlet).

Seriously, I get a lot of good advice from you and others here, so congrats again on this honor!
 
I must say that I felt I had to have a chat with the mods. Knowing that you're from Ottawa, and a certain city based team is going to be eliminated this evening from the playoffs, everyone felt this might console you a little bit. Take care!
