Ten years to film

Last year i read about an indie Horror film that took ten years to film. I can not find it for the life of me right now and I am kicking my self in the balls for not writing it down. Anyone know what i am talking about.

Stories like this form these guys, Urges me to soldier on, You gotta do your dirt, and break your back to get the movie made. I draw the line at selling my body, and doing anything that involves a needle or anything penetrating my body that ain't right!
