Busy entertaining some guests.
For your information, the menu was:
Minestrone soup
Toasted sourdough baguette (sliced), with brie or bruschetta topping.
Grilled chicken breasts (open flame)
Steamed crisp beans, with a lemon slice
Sides of linguine (and a few cheese raviolis) in a garlic butter-cream sauce.
South-western style salad, with shredded cheeses and crunchy tortilla niblets.
Delightfully iced rum Mojitos (though I forgot to pick up fresh spearmint from the market)
Just checking the forum, before popping a film into the projector: "Mini's First Time".
And that's why it's so quiet here.
