After my experiences I made a list of deliverables to a producer’s rep/sales agent/distrib. I request all of those who have reached this stage to contribute so that other members benefit.
Just one thing, you only send a 1-page synopsis first, if they decide to represent you, they sign a contract with you first, after which you can send them these.
1. screener
2. trailer
3. poster art
4. production photos
5. A digibeta master with QC report
6. 1-sheet bio of lead actor
7. 1-sheet bio of director/producer
8. 1-sheet bio of writer
9. project fact sheet
10. production company background
11. 1-page synopsis of the film
12. business card
13. video of an interview with the lead actor say 10 minutes in length
14. video of an interview with the director another 10 minutes in length
15. trivia, if any
16. video of behind-the-scenes
17. what else am I missing?
