Free promo materials - same thread?

Hi all,

I would like to offer promotional materials to the members of the forum that are active in the film, music, media and promotional industries. I've already put up a notice in the thread in "Promotion" I started for the film's trailer, but I don't think it's making an impression.

Is it going along with forum courtesy to start up a new promotion thread?

I also wanted to put the offer in my signature. Is this OK?
