Currently, my main work horse is a Canon 650d. I'm not very satisfied with the standard kit lens so I'm looking for a replacement for that. I noticed the Rokinon Cine glass was quite popular and the prices looked quite promising. My first question is: Would Rokinon Cine glass work on my DSLR? And if so, would I notice a significant difference from the standard kit lens? Hopefully my questions aren't too silly. Hahaha.

Fit - Dunno. Is it an EFS mount lens that you're looking at? If so, then yes. I do know there are Canon fit Rokinons/Samyangs out there (and probably thier most popular models by now).

IQ - Not neccessarily, as it depends on all sorts of things. I've seen side by side by side comparison pics of the kit lens looking noticably better than L glass!
