Do you give footage or demo reels to both paid actors and unpaid actors? Or, just unpaid talent?

To both. Getting footage for your reel is kind of an unspoken thing you're working for, when you're on a production. It's usually "spoken" to the unpaid talent, because it is generally their only compensation, aside from the experience and food on set, etc.

But, paid talent expects to receive footage for their reels, as well. And they usually receive it.

Sweet extra footage for them to add to their own reel, sure.

Wouldn't be cuttin' anyone a whole demo-reel, though. That's a whole other level of favour.

Thanks for the 411. That is useful.

By bringing our FC to NATPE, we are going the extra yard for them too. There are a lot of talent agents and agencies looking around the independent producers area at NATPE who will sign on actors they like.
