Shooting on campus sights with university and school logos

I know I've done shoots on campuses prior to this one but in this specific one, two high schools and one university is used specifically, and wanted to use their University and School logo within the actual video. It's a music video that isn't really affiliated with the university and school but just used as a reference rather than a positive or negative way, so I was wondering if I would run into any issues since the artist is planning on posting this video and advertising on a few marketing websites.
