I loved BSG and Buck Rogers.
Thanks for the decades of great TV.
The interesting thing to me is that he owned the film rights to BSG, while Universal owned the TV rights.
Definitely going to be missed - it's amazing when I think back on how many of the shows I watched religiously as a kid ended with him yanking the script out of his typewriter. I don't think he'll ever go down in history as a great artist, but he had a real knack for characters and storytelling in an episodic format.
Oh damn, I can't believe I mixed those two up - I did watch a ton of tv from both of them as child.
