HD- output how?

Hi, I just finished my first short film shot on HD and I'm trying to figure out the best way to output it in an HD format. Being that I'm festivaling it, I would like to find something I could affordably make several copies of (my budgets not big, in the hundreds of dollars range).
I looked into Blu-Ray, but authoring the master BD-R cost about $500 and $30/ea to duplicate afterward. Is there a cheaper way to do Blu-Ray Replication? What about HD Cam?
What about HD Cam?
Any body deal with a similar problem have some advice? Thanks!

HDCAM is a lot more expensive than making a Blu-Ray. The time to use the deck at a studio that can afford a Sony HDCAM deck is going to run you at least $250-$500, and the tape itself is over $100.

You can do a BD-R, recordable disc for much cheaper. It's about $12 for a disc, and $300 for your own burner. BLu-Ray burners are dropping in price.
