Ronin M $1399/£1299

...with secure customer service.......

I have no experience with that, but rumors are that DJI's customer service isn't (or wasn't) that great.
It is funny to see that the M version can handle half of the big one's payload AND weighs half it's weight, as if all the parts did shrink ;)

Anyway: the price is very competitive.

I had an opportunity to play with a prototype model of the Ronin M a month back at work for about 10 minutes or so. I thought the unit was pretty impressive for the specs and it turned out to be solid in use as well. It's as light as listed, feeling much more comfortable than the original Ronin or the Birdycam. The build quality was carbon fiber and they fixed the shake in the motors it seemed. I was impressed with how well it can condense which is important to me for traveling reasons. I think when released, I'll get one and sell my Birdy. (Even though I love that thing.)

It almost feels like if Freefly came out with a different line, cheaper and stripped down for portable reasons... almost!
