Don't add the vignetting on purpose.

I know why this turned out so "dark" outside, it's because your human iris can amazingly fast switch back and forth between the bright overcast sky and the deep earthly shadows.
The camera can't, despite what it "looks like" on the likely 2.7 - 3" LCD display.
Been there. done that.

Bring a dark T-shirt for a hood to look at the camera's LCD display, lock open up the camera's aperture + lock your shutter speed to something slow enough to see more details in the shadows.
Yeah, the sky will be blown out on those shots, but the majority of the remaining scene will be watchable.

However, your interior shots need a bigger aperture or more light from lamps off screen.
A couple of these might be nice.

@ 2:33 - Try not to design a shot with a window with blinds driving your camera sensor nuts.
Everything else is too darn dark because of the contrast.
