I traveled to India for 3 weeks with Tushar and Arun Gandhi, visiting Gandhi historical sites and humanitarian efforts attempting to combat the staggering poverty throughout India. Arun Gandhi (who lived with Mahatma Gandhi as a boy) shares personal stories and accounts from his time living with his Grandfather on the Ashram.
This documentary explores the Gandhian philosophy of non-violence; how Indian economics and the caste system have left 30% of the Indian people living below the poverty line; and what can be done to combat this downward spiral.
