Hello my name is Roman Jossart and I'm the Director of the newest indie slasher "The Campground". The film pays homage to the suspense of the 80's not just the scares. This film is Halloween meets Hatchet as Hatchet was the biggest inspiration for this feature.
We are currently in production but will be done near early AUG and we want to have the film ready by mid Sept at the latest. Editing as already began as I'm the editor, director, producer, writer, and stunts. The film should be all edited by the end of AUG no later.
I had started editing with score by using royalty free music and sounds from sites like AudioJungle and while it worked it just wasn't it for me. It didn't have the exact thing i wanted. I started writing this film when i was 15 so it is important to me how it comes out.
For the score i am a huge guy on strings, piano, and drums. I have a very simple "theme" already written that could be tweaked throughout the whole film.
NOW UNDERSTAND- This is a low-almost no budget indie film. We are hosting an IndieGoGo right now in hopes of raising post production funds (visual effects, SCORE, and other essentials) so ATM this is NON-PROFIT for you. This is something you can put your name on and get some really good exposer as this film we be playing at film festivals for at least the next year.
