We are funding short, standalone videos that relate to current gaming or gaming-related genres (including medieval fantasy, sci-fi, superhero, supernatural, etc.) and can be made for up to $10k. We are open to all different styles (comedy, animation, drama, action, etc.), as long as it is between 3-7 minutes in length and will appeal to online gamers. In general, we are looking for fully packaged projects, with a script, director, producer and all the elements needed to take our funding and turn it into a fully finished short film. In addition to the financing, if you are in the Los Angeles area, we can also contribute use of our RED cameras, lighting/grip equipment and even our soundstage with greenscreen. Delivery should be at 4K if at all possible.
We are not looking for any content that requires clearances or licenses though, so please do not submit anything that will infringe on copyrighted or trademarked material. If we fund your film, we will have the right to put it on our channel (6 months exclusive, non-exclusive thereafter), but you will retain all ownership of the IP and derivative rights.
