I am currently tasked with creating a moving graphic to be displayed at a local Casino, displaying current shows and events within the hotel. We need the graphic to have energy and motion, and wanted a line to be waving as if it were a rope being held on both ends, and undulated. It's somewhat mimicing the motion of a whip.
Not looking to create an effect where the line gets drawn, but instead where the line is already drawn and it simply undulates up and down (peaks becoming valleys, valleys becoming peaks, back and forth). I know this may be a little arbitrary but I've searched literally everywhere.
If this can be figured out, we also need to figure out how to attach particle emitters to the line, so the emitters follow the undulations.
PLEEEEASE help, it seems unreal that I can't find anything online for this.
