watch The Legend of Zelda: Link's Ass-Whoopin'

Here's my new video-game parody (you won't have to understand the game to laugh at this video, though)

Link gets a crappy wooden sword from his mentor, "Old Man."

You generally have such great production value I was surprised the blood looks so fake.

I enjoyed link's cowering like a bitch technique.

Your videos are consistently funny, well-made and you've been putting a shit ton of effort into getting them out regularly.

So I'm kind of at a loss as to why the most popular videos on your channel are still the ones from a few years ago which, whilst fine, are much more rudimentary.

It gets me thinking what the next step should be for you, because clearly you deserve to be rewarded for your hard work with 20.000+ views per video. I only understand the most basic video game references (Zelda is just about basic enough for me) but there must be a big video gamer audience out there.

I don't know what you think or whether you're wanting to spitball ideas, but I think you need to consider a new approach to how you target/market these videos.

I already am. Although I enjoy doing video-game parodies, they don't seem to gain any traction whatsoever. The last video I put out, the "Uncle Jerry" one, not only got a decent amount of views, but it gained me a LOT of subscribers (which is the real goal) I think because of the dark subject matter. I'd like to make more videos like that, but I'd need ideas. I'm editing one right now that's similar in format, but I don't know if it's going to be funny enough. (I usually throw away 2-3 videos for every video I put out)

probably marketed it directly to Runescape's players. They'd probably enjoy it no matter what because not a lot of people make fan videos of that game
