Best Priced C Stands

Those things are so durable that even after 20/30 years they
are viable pieces of equipment. Sure, sometimes people sell
used - individuals who are no longer in production, rental houses
reducing their stock - but they know that they can get nearly
$150 for their used c-stands.

The best price I have ever gotten was $90 each for 5 ($80 each
if you bought 10) - from a rental house getting rid of 20 year
old stands. I ended up selling the five I bought 5 years later for
$550. On the other hand I have five that I bought new 25 years
ago. That turns out to be $40 per year. Not a bad investment. I
think I could still sell them for $100 each.
