Insurance

How much are insurance policies for films shoots usually? If I rent my house I was wondering if they're insured for 1 million if that is enough if someone gets hurt.

$1 mil is usually the minimum for commercial general liability and YOU decide if that is enough, no one else can.

Most standard liability insurance that I've seen tends to cover for upwards of $20mil.

Do you mean you're renting your house to a film production?
