SUPER 8 FILM TYPES

I JUST HAVE A FEW QUESTION ON HOW TO USE THE CORRECT EXPOSURE FOR CERTAIN FILM STOCKS. SAY I HAVE VISION3 200T FILM. WHAT DO I SET MY EXPOSURE TO?
