Should I use a DIY jib for this shot?

I was thinking of making one to get shots like this but for this type of shot, would a jib work, or do I need something else? Thanks. It's the first shot in the video.

That was just a tilt down, a zoom, and a pan. You don't need a jib for that.

Seemed like the camera was also on a dolly, but yeah pretty simple and completely doable without a jib..

Thank you for finding that specific clip for me... I figured it was from the good, the bad, and the ugly (haven't really watched them -- not a westerns guy) but hadn't gone and looked... I've been wondering since this song came out:
