I know that it's needed a memo deal for the agreement with distributors.
How can I find an international distribution memo deal form?

The distributor who offers you a deal with have a deal
memo for you to sign. There is no need for you to show
up with a boiler plate deal memo. It will not reflect the
deal you are offered and it will make you look unprepared.
What you should prepare is a lawyer on stand by to read
it over before you sign.
