Read Through Space in San Antonio?

I am trying to organize a read through on Dec 2 in San Antonio. I can probably use the conference room at the Rivercenter (I'm there for a conference) but I was hoping to avoid the cost. Anyone have a suggestion on a good location to hold a read through in San Antonio (near the convention center)?

depending on time of day, and what day.. you might be able to do it at a coffee shop or something like a Denny's... if they have a 'party room' or something similar. If it's off hours or a slow day they might not charge extra for the room (if they do anyway) That also makes refreshments and such one less thing to worry about.

Worst case scenario: use your hotel room.
