AND, the caption company that I use has a turnaround time of about 8 hours...something that would take me several days to do on my own. (They charge a dollar per minute of screen time...10 minute film is $10 dollars).
For films made in 24 or 23.98 fps, do you convert that first to 29.97 fps for purposes of getting a 29.97 standard SCC caption file?
