I know this forum says "(FESTIVALS NO ADVERTISING HERE)," so where can a new fest announcement be made? I'm a filmmaker here and I've started a new fest. Don't want to break any rules, just like to spread the word.

It's infuriating to me that more festivals aren't tech savvy. DVDs are dead and blu-rays are too expensive. Why don't more festivals accept file transfers?
