    i agree with what he said somewhat. people need to look back and relize that filmmaking is nothing more than storytelling except visually. espically with the chapter on CG I 100% agree that some movies the graphics take away from the story and it becomes more about showboating the technology

    inexpensive? if you are talking about transfering digital to film you should just shot on like 70mm the transfer of digital to film is so expensive you should just start off with film defintly much less expensive

    digital may be the future but it is defintly still far away. the technology is getting good but its still not nearly as good as film. Film seems expensive to a small budget but the industry(hollywood) film is the cheapest thing on set.

    OK.. here it is.. the JVC GR-HD1

    picks up better than your 3 chip camera that seems to make no sense. ccds are light sensitive devices. a 3 ccd camera would most defintly be better in low light than a 1 chip camera.
