haha :D I need to work with that layer and if its in 3D I cant..I need that element layer in 2D

hi guys. I just bought element 3D, I have after effects cc 2017 and I have a problem with E3D. When I create new solid layer, i place there element 3D and some 3D object, parallel and spot lifght are not working...they are working just when i set the solid into 3D. Can you help with this?
