i checked out the JVC GZ-HD7 and i liked that a lot too. but the whole recording to the hardrive. so now. between that and the vx2000.

ok guys i came to a final decesion. i have 1500 to spend and i chose the sony vx2000. i am going to make indiefilms, skateboard/bmx clips is there any other option or camrea that you would suggest before i buy the sony vx2000?

Quick Question [about video equipment in my class] in my video class, we have some thing we stick the mini dv into and we attach the firewire to it. and from final cut we can print videos to it and upload it. what is that device called?

used it good too, but i cant find the vx2000 on any of the sites at all. being new or used

hey im looking to by the sony vx2000, and im looking around 1300-1400. how do you know what sites are reliable and what arn't scams? and whats actually true on ebay? -derek i would buy used or new too

thanks you. but for the money, a gl2 or the JVC- GZ-HD7 or the sony vx2000 with the gl2 i would be spening about 320 more, but i would be able to afford that also with the jvc, i think it is in HD and i do not have final cut w/ the HD version, so will that matter?

Hey, back again for another question, you guys helped out a lot last time. I am saving up in the future for a new camrea, but i dont know what to look for. in a camrea for photography you look at various things like how fast it is mega pixels etc. in a video camrea, what makes it worth so much...
