Using Mozart is fine, but you still need to get clearances for the RECORDING. So unless you have a piano player doing the Mozart piece for you, it still is not legal to use the recording in your movie.

I was also thinking using a classical music piece, say Mozart. Does this fall under public domain? And if so do I need to do anything say site it in the credits?
