I'm looking for the best agent in the Dallas area. Can anyone help me out? I know there is one popular agency that makes you use their photographer for your headshots for mucho dinero. Based on what I've heard, they are legit...but not very good. I'm an actor and a director. Please point me in the right direction if you would. Thanks guys!

Logan, any talent agency that makes you go to a specific photographer in order to be signed is NOT legit. If anyone has told you otherwise then they are misinformed.

Try Kim Dawson. They provide a lot of the talent for local productions.

A few years ago I worked with Linda McAlister Talent. She doesn't rep directors, but she was great finding me the local talent I needed. Kim Dawson is a SAG franchised agent so that's a good thing. You could also check Tomas Agency, The Campbell Agency and Marquee Talent, Inc - all SAG frachised.
