I love how phrases from film persist even when the technology completely changes. We still still call them films, even when they're shot on video. We still use "cuts" when we're not actually cutting anything.
Anyway, I just locked my final cut on my feature film. I'll be sending it out to my colorist and composer in the next week or so while I'm off doing other projects. I'll be in Orange County next week shooting a TV pilot, and in New York the following week shooting a short film for a friend of mine. And my entire June (and July probably) will be in post on those three projects. It's great to be busy!!
I'm hoping the feature project will be done in June. So if anyone is in the Los Angeles area and would like to come to a screening, let me know.
