Palooka reminds me of the film Snatch! Enjoyed watching the trailer, the fight scenes look intriguing and the music conveys the mood of the film. Very good.

Thank you for the most excellent compliment. Snatch is one of my favorites, as is Guy Ritchie. I just finished a poster for it. It's turning out great. I will post the link once I get it available for download.

#1, looks like a boxing movie.
#2, looks like a boxing movie with a sinister element.

I like those, but not sure if #1 tells enough.

The movie does have a more sinister tone, so #2 I think would be more appropriate. What did you think about #4? I based it off of an Ali vs Norton old school poster. We're thinking about using it as flyer or hand out, maybe for the flash module or dvd interface.

#4 looks cool for people who already know it's a movie. In other words, I wouldn't use it to advertise the film, because it looks like it's for a boxing event. Maybe it could be part of the DVD packaging.

You have a good point indietalk. My crew was basically saying the same thing. Thank you for the input.
