I wish there was a Tampa Bay, FL screening. I'm dying to see this film!

Awesome!!

I sent emails and guestbook entries to all my peeps in those areas..

Who do I need to talk to to get this screened in Chicagoland?

Is this being screened from 35mm or digitally?

We're fializing the Chicago & NYC screenings for late May & early June. Once I get through these, I'll be in a better position to see if we can expand to some other screenings in othe rmarkets (like Florida, Minnesota, and more).

So if these screenings do well, we'll see about expanding, but this set of screenings will keep me full time for 6-8 weeks as it is (and break my bank & all the loans I can get to make it to each of the existing screenings...)

CootDog
04-11-2006, 03:24 PM
I'm just thinking that I might be able to help you since I'm chicagoland local. I might be able to get it in multiple theaters here...

I would just need to know if it's 35mm or if it's digital, via DVD or what? Perhaps we could talk about this through PM or email.

Sonnyboo,

Give us a heads up when/if you're considering a MN screening.. I for one will hit the streets to promote surely.. and I'm sure we can fill a theater here without problems. (ie: might need multiple screenings or multiple days to allow everyone who wants to see it the chance ;) )

CootDog
04-11-2006, 04:08 PM
Yea! Come on people, we've talked about this many times... Let's get this film in theaters near EVERYONE... Let's get the ball rolling and the cash flowing, so PJR won't have to:
break my bank & all the loans I can get to make it to each of the existing screenings...)

Thanks. Listen up IndieTalkers...

I really need your help here. This is the truest grassroots campaign for an Indie film from one of your own. I have helped numerous people on this board and have asked for little or nothing in return. I need YOUR help for once. I need to help get the word out there hard core and make these screenings a success. Please help spread the word. I don't know a lot of people in each of these cities and the film needs the support.

Thanks all!

There's only a few chances left to catch HORRORS OF WAR on the big screen. I will be attending each show to do a Q&A afterwards on how we achieved the FX, scale, and period aspects of the film. Hope to meet some people at the shows.

Horrors of War is a fun "B" movie with horror-action-sci fi. see more here: www.horrorsofwarmovie.com

No. I'm still pretty much an unknown outside of the indies.

I am working on my next feature right now. I'm going solo this time (no co-director) and I'm working on script revisions before committing to shooting dates.

I'm doing a dark comedy.
