I was wondering if anyone here has heard about or had any experience with the Film program at the University of Utah. I have been researching film schools all over the country and they offer a undergrad program that looks pretty killer good and is inexpensive. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

A good idea is to visit the campus, talk to the professors and students, look at the equipment, etc.

call and talk to the faculty. Ask questions like: what kind of projects do you require...do you have examples of past ones I could see? What kind of equipment, how long has this program existed, hom many graduates with this degree, etc...
You'll be investing tons of time and money into this...if they treat you worse than customers get treated elsewhere, it's probably not a good thing. Feel free to ask the pointed question...why would I spend x-thousands of $ at your institution rather than another? You're interviewing them as much as they are interviewing you when entering college.
