any commerical contests in canada?

i am trying to find a commercial fest or contest to fund for my full feature. (that is if i win) i checked courage under fire, but they only allow submissions from within the states. so is thre any competition like it that takes 30 sec to 1 min commercials and are within canada? iv had a hard time findin em.
