It's embarassing but I have the gout. I've already been to the ER and gotten medicated. Now I'm wonky & stir crazy.

Take 2 bottles of alcohol and go straight to bed- doctors birthday-order.

Just in this case, it might be good to lay off the tylenol until the morning.
