Please help me out here.
I paid for an upgrade to Premiere. I recieved an email reciept of my payment from 2Checkout.com. After I got through the checkout screen, my browser froze and I had to close it and restart. So I have been billed $25, but I am still not a Premiere member. I can post screenies (edited for privacy reasons) of the payment verification and the order page on 2checkout.com for proof if need be.
Hope to get posting soon.
