I used CoolPage. It's simple and was free when I got it. It might still be free, but I think it's $30 now. You literally need no experience to use the program. it's so simple and that's why it's so easy to ceate what I see in my mind! If you want to use your own pictures in the website, then just use photoshop, paint, the internet, etc. and save the file in the right CoolPage folder. For certain animation features you are required to upgrade, which I haven't done...and likely won't.

Only prob I found was:

On the About page... all of the links in Red are not click-able.

Oh haha. My bad. That is one of the pages that will look totally different in a week or so...I'll fix those links now, though.
