New to film... lots of ideas but no direction

Hi, so this is how it is for me right now. I'm currently in the Air Force. A couple of friends and I have been making silly college movies for the past year and it turns out that it's a lot of fun and has gotten me into working with Vegas.

Here's a few examples of stuff i've done:

There's other videos on there as well that are simular short stuff of home videos and estra. I really enjoy making them and so does my friends. The problem for me right now is that I live in NC, my other friend lives in FL, and my other is in Maine right now. Distance kind of makes it hard to start a film company even though we have tons of ideas.

Goals:

Make a Surf documentary of growing up in Florida: It's something I hold really close to me since surf/skate film neglects Florida scene. Understandably Cali and Hawaii are the forrunners to this area, but if you ask any person who has grown up on the east coast in Florida will tell you how unique it is. NOT a documentary on Kelly Slater! That and there is a ton of ideas with music, film areas, people to interview ect.

Waterpark movie: I just recently watched "Serving" and was shocked. It's a movie totally about what it is like to work at a resturant! Man, I have a good close group of friends that could put funnier stories together that can be emblished and made into movie funnier than that crap. Not to say it wasn't funny at some parts, but it was really kinda boring to watch a movie about work.

I have other ideas but those two are sticking out the most. I just really want to get started and I was hoping that I could get some direction. I have watched movies all my life but I know there are millions of got to see movies that I haven't yet. I also have my AA and I am interested in film schools. So far Full Sail in Orlando has taken my eye, but I really haven't looked to far into it yet. I look forward to meeting new people on here and get help on my dreams.
